2 7/8" hull, Cheddite or Win 209 primers, SP10 wad and a 1/2" filler inside that SP should work. I use Unique powder and a 16g 1/2" fiber wad for filler in the SP10 and 1 1/4 oz shot on top. You may need an OSC if your crimp doesn't close all the way.

Your nitro card and fiber wad recipe would work and should give you lower pressures. You might have to use hard fiber wads. You'll need to experiment with your wad column for proper height.
