i too dropped the hammers on a d grade hammerless gun and took the forearm off and then removed barrels then put the forearm on with no problems...now my lc smiths are another game i dont take the forearm off these guns very often..i have 3 lc smith with ejectors and each fore arm has its own special way of going together... charlie
