Thanks, gentlemen.

That is a melanistic mutant pheasant--a so-called "black pheasant." Maybe someday I can graduate to a 28-gauge. I'll have to become a much better shot. But because this one was my dad's favorite, it will always be special. And yes, I'm not ashamed to say that I hug him all the time. I'm a lucky son in multiple ways.
