Richard ,Thank You , These OO Framed 28's are such special guns ,you hate to see them messed with ,or at least I do ,If this gun or any Parker for that matter was original and just Patina'd nicely , this is just my own personal line of thought here but I would never have it refinished , but after they have been messed with ,a gun such as this in my mind should be brought back by a Professional who attempts to follow the high standards the Gun Makers did originally ! Also ,nothing wrong with carrying a " Pretty Gun " ! Best ; Russ

Russ, great looking gun! I assume you must live in Pa. since you were at the Wheeling Cabelas--Not to be nosey, but what part. Ican see the lights from Cabelas from the hill in my back yard. A great local restaurant to eat at in Wheeling is The Alpha---their motto is Dead animals-good food-cold beer! The bar is filled with alot of old taxidermy mounts and the restaurant part has old Ostahaus prints of setters. I'll be chasing some ringnecks and woodcock in Ohio for a few days and then after those big Ohio bucks next week onmy farm in Ohio.
