I had the pleasure of meeting Noelle, and examining a Parker she was reengraving a few weeks ago at Sandanona, NY. Her turn around times and prices seemed very reasonable. The quality of her work was excellent, it looked like the brothers Parker had done it themselves.

I don't know much about the art of engraving, but I admire your beautiful work Noelle!
