Yeah, most certainly a custom restock. The form of the action panels and also the heart shaped drop points are not correct. Checekered action panels as well as the wrist pattern is not consistent with the grade or Parker style. Also see the change in angle from the upper tang to the top of the wrist. They do not flow together well.
