Sir, I can assure you I did not print it prior to the change. The first I was ever on this site was yesterday evening.

-Parker Identification button on left
-Click on the 6th button
-Click on order a letter
-Ender Serial #
-Click on PDF button for application

Nick, no offense intended... I used to print off a half-dozen forms at a time and bring them to my gun club to give to the guys I knew who owned Parkers.
