My faithful Chesador both points and sneaks up on game. My dog points until a bird starts to run then he flushes. He will also sneak up on game by lowering his body a couple inches and taking a step and pausing. During this sneak his face has a very serious look about it. Anyway, he steps, pauses, steps, and so on.

I've never hunted behind a real pointing lab but will certainly consider one for my next faithful friend.

We can learn a lot from our dogs...
