I think you mean that the barrels were sleeved, not the chambers. The chambers/barrel flats remained twist but the barrels are now fluid steel with the original twist rib. Is that correct?
I've never heard of Parker stamping the flats with a full name, just initials. Who ever did the sleeving (outside source) would have been the person who's name is on the flats and also put the 3" chambers on the flats too.
