Default Cooking Bird in an EZBake Oven

Ahhh, for the cool days of fall. Came off the water at 11pm last night and the heat index was still around 100, which for Connecticut is highly unusual.

As to Birds in the field, problem is that I fear that if the heat does not break soon, every bird I find this fall will already look like it came out of a bucket of KFC. Our local weather man described it as another EZBake oven day.

As to the Annual, maybe. Would like to see all of those Grade 4s. Supposed to be doing some shooting in Ohio in September, but I think MD is en-route to Ohio.
