Rst shells with bulging crimps

I had one bad shell from RST; don't remember exactly what was wrong with it. I contacted them and they wanted it back to figure out what happened; they paid the shipping and sent me a couple of pin badges and some logo ball points for my trouble.

They already sent me a hat once with an order, and I later bought a blaze one. They asked me what I wanted; I said a pin or decal. They sent two pins, a handful of decals and a few pens.

They gave me a Orange Hat last year at the NE SXS. I wear my orange RST hat all the time when hunting and it was faded and really beat up. I had just bought a flat and Chris asked me if I wanted a replacement hat. Course I said yes. That's my City Dinner hat. I still wear the old one in Woodcock cover.
