There are several different values for a gun. One is the price it will bring in an open market. Most times when you fix a wall hanger you will not be able to receive the money you put into the gun when you sell it. On the other hand A gun that you restore and shoot could have a far greater value to you as it is something that you did. I am a guy who likes to restore or have restored old duns.
