Concerning the canvas cover for P repros, P-483, a 20 ga. did come with a canvas outer cover for the case. just like the later guns....From all the info I can find, P-483 must have been one of the later P guns...

Phil, it's possible your "P-Gun" may or may not have been originally furnished with a C&L outer cover. Or it may have been added aftermarket.
