I’m very interested in the Eurasian dove hunting. As far as I know we have none of these here in Ohio. Are they just as tasty as regular Mourning doves? Would love to try these sometime.

I got one the other day and will try it.They are bigger than a mourner but not as big as squab so think I will cook it like a mourning dove: Braise in butter,make gravy and simmer til done.Serve with rice covered with the gravy.May serve it with Dr Pepper to drink in honor of Charlie Cleveland.
