For hunting who honestly cares, the case isn't shooting the bird. I am a fan of the canvas zippered "leg of mutton" style cases where I can chuck 6 guns on the seat and carry them all at once to my destinatino/cabin. My biggest mistake was not buying 100 of these when they were on sale years ago for $19.99
