Great job Scottie!
I shot a bird in 2022 just like that was going to have it mounted but didn't. I believe the term would be partial leucistic, kind of like a piebald deer. I had a hen that was like that entirely on the farm for a while, also referred to as a ghost phase bird. Here's pictures of mine, they could be twins.
