Restoration recommendations

If you are just going to sell it, then sell it now for what it is worth to someone in parts.

You will spend double or more on a proper restoration than the gun will be worth.

That's why I figured I would ask! Thank you for your insight. What am I looking at price wise in it's current condition?

I think 3 to 400 dollars at most and that's for folks who want the parts. To the right guy looking the barrels (if sound) are worth 300.

I respect my friend, Tom's, estimate. $300 for the barrels if in undamaged and unpitted condition, $305 as an unrestored shooter. That said, I would take the latter path and work on this gun for ten years, the way I have on many orphans in the past. Watch the obituaries.
