I was recently given a Parker, serial #81692. The person who gave it to me thought it had no value and said it was just a wall hanger. I did some research and found it was a grade 7 AAHE model made in 1895. I believe it's all there and could be brought back to original condition. I have a question, do I sell it as is or get it restored?
