Well, it's obvious to me that I won't be able to make the Southern shoot this year. First one I'll miss in about 16 years. I am hoping to make an appearance at the other shoots starting in June. I'm doing the PT faithfully but progress is slow. Pain comes and goes but at least I am sleeping good at night with out pain.
No problem doing letters so send them to me. Thanks to Mike K. for helping out.

Chuck, I'm sorry to learn you won't be able to make the Southern, but your recovery is most important now. As a hip replacement veteran, I know that sleeping well and without pain is a big deal in your recovery. The PT discomfort and feeling of slow progress is, unfortunately, part of the process. In a year, you won't believe how much better you feel...and beyond that, you'll wake up some morning and note that your "fake" hip works so much better that the original part.
I'll miss seeing you. Take care,
Garry
