I am new to Parkers and curious what exactly I have

Hello Team Parker.
I am new to the forum and a novice at best on the topics. I am trying to determine the grade and value of my 12 guage. Here's what I have put in my notes. Is more needed? Thanks in advance for any assistance.

Etched Parker Bros turkeys” on left side. Etched “ Parker Bros & ducks” on right side
