The EH 8 gauge was a strange result for a great gun. I guess I'll donate all of my eights to the Salvation Army and take a tax deduction. The consignor took a serious bath on that one.

How do you come to that conclusion? It sold for $5700 which means that it hammered at $4750, only one bid off of $5000, which was the low end of the pre auction estimate. It opened at $2500. It could certainly have sold for that price or one or two bids higher. Now that’s a bath!

Ian,

So, the SOLD price includes Buyer's Premium?

Just curious because I wanted to know about four Jim Sprankle decoys: #252, 253, 254 and 255. I have 3 of his decoys.

Thanks Ian.

Yes. For example, there is no $5700 bid increment, only $5500 and then $6000, so you know that includes the buyer’s premium.

The Lovely Linda doesn't give me any grief about buying another gun, even though I'm skirting eighty. I have no idea how I'm going to sell all of this stuff, but apparently she has it all figured out.
