JMHO, but I don't believe any Damascus barreled gun with proper, unaltered chambers and forcing cones will blow up with 8, or even 9000psi loads. Too many of us still believe when shooting a Damascus barrel gun pressures need to be kept under 7500psi. I believe Sherman Bell disproved that myth many years ago.
