Why have so many of these guns been cut to open chokes rather than properly honed? I have a couple of fixed choke guns that I have had the chokes opened on to shoot steel, no big deal with a competent smith. NONE were Parkers!

An abundance of the guns at the Guyette Deeter auction the other weekend suffered the dreaded barrel chop .
