In looking at your photo more closely, your whole buttstock is not original factory. It was replaced later on and then modified further. The forend may not be original either.
There are a few things about the stock shape that are just not at all factory correct. And the checkering is all less than up to par.
Since I like to learn things, would you mind elaborating on the few things you noticed Brian? Thanks
