The Fox Proof mark (last pic) looks like it was engraved, not stamped which is typical. I'm thinking that MIGHT be a rebarrel. Can we see a pic of the barrel flats with the serial number, grade stamp and any other glyphs?
Love to get inside that Fox to see what the trigger mechanism looks like. I haven't looked up the Record Card as yet but with Dave saying it's interesting I'll bet it is.
