I’ve pushed them back on the forend before with a screwdriver but if you’re not real careful you’ll put the screwdriver thru your hand . Just last week I had this issue on a VHE 20 and the screwdriver deal wasn’t working . A friend on the forum told me if I could get the forearm back on , lay a board on the floor put the muzzles on the board and try pushing the ejectors down with a hammer handle . I did that and the tripped one didn’t catch . I was using a gunsmith hammer that has a plastic head and a brass head , so I took the plastic side gave the tripped ejector a good rap and it popped in as it should be . Problem solved
