Karl, any shell of the same payload (3/4 oz.) but at 200 fps less muzzle velocity is going to have noticeably less recoil. I started my grandsons on .410s
Whether or not it is worth trying to get RST's loads for her would have to be determined by her size, age and temperament. I trained my sons and grandsons to be oblivious to recoil, and it worked. I think you will be the best judge of how much recoil she will handle without becoming "gun shy".
