Donovan responded to me & said he's had the SCC for 12 years & did not add the additional Skeet choke. He didn't indicate if he was the original owner. You're correct that the additional Skeet choke is not a Winchester choke, but another manufacture. It doesn't have the larger OD lip @ the end of the choke like Winchester chokes do. It's the same OD from top to bottom & the S marking is in electric pen.
