This gun came to me in a trade, and did not have a recoil pad. I installed a Decelerator. The pad was not fitted to this gun, and is slightly oversized.
I took the pad from a gun I had sold, and it pretty much just bolted on.
This gun has the Parker Single Trigger, which needs a little work.
The selector doesn't work properly, (won't fire left barrel first if selected) and has a very heavy trigger pull.
I've heard that some shooters cranked up trigger pull weights to stave off flinching problems. Don't know if that's the case here, but the gun is a project.
Possibly a very good project.
A friend of mine has been saying that he thinks this gun should be upgraded to an A, AA, or maybe an A1, but I don't have the finances for a project on that level.
A wood upgrade would be it for me.
