We just got a notification from Bill Hicks that March 1 ammo goes up 15% I think it was, then on June or July 1 another 15%. I think that is for all ammo across the board. Folks should look into this and maybe stock up if they're short on anything.

If I told you, you wouldn't believe me. 2 trips per year to America for ducks and doves 10-12k per trip. Generally my friend and I go to the a sporting clays course and just have at it twice a month 500-700 rounds, we might pick a station and shoot it till the traps are dry. I try to shoot skeet and wobble trap 4-6 rounds a week. 20-35 pigeons over my dog fro training twice a month. I guess being single has some advantages.

Wow, I dont really know.
A few years ago I was at the range every Saturday or Sunday (usually one 100 bird round plus four fitasc sometimes two 100 bird rounds), plus tournaments. (my wife had alot to do with me cutting back, we reached an understanding or at least I was told to understand ).

The past two years I have really cut back.
So now maybe 4000 a year.

You guys should definitely ask Carl Brandt. I bet even now as he has cut back, definitely burns up the most powder of us all. It definitely shows in his shooting. IMHO he is the man for the Parker Team and will always be so.
He is gifted.

I don't shoot much thats why I'm so bad at it, I need more practice.

I don't shoot clay targets from October through December as it's hunting season and I bet I don't shoot much more than 200 rounds at upland birds in a season.

Clays begin in April and I shoot two rounds of sporting clays a week. Add in the shoots like Hausmanns, The U.P. Shoot (thats a min of two cases in a weekend) and the three or so local shoots and the number adds up in a hurry. My guess at targets is about 5000/yr, out of that I only keep my head down on 4000 of them and stop my swing on another 1200.
I now realize I'll never be any good but practice makes perfect
