Phil, Nice box, but a bit perplexing. The part that says
14 Grs. TARGET was Peters medium height brass shell for bulk smokeless powders. Their medium height brass shell for dense smokeless powder was the HIGH GUN. The Load No. 397x was for a TARGET 1 3/4-dram, 5/8-ounce load. Load No. 187x was for the HIGH GUN 14-grain, 5/8-ounce load.
