Jason,
I have a #3 frame DH with 32" barrels and the SSBP. I paid $2,000 for it. A .410 Parker will sell for more than 10 times that. Your barrels do look like they have been cut and it has the wrong butt plate for a DH. However with Parker one never knows until they get a "letter".

Jason, first thing you should do is get a PGCA letter in case some famous shooter or personality was the original owner of your gun. That could improve the price.
