Without precise barrel wall thickness measurements it is impossible to assign a value.
The screws appear to be about perfect and the overall condition looks pretty nice but...

I don't know that I see anything dishonest about the original post. He doesn't say he's trying to value it for "insurance purposes" and if he were to say he's got it for sale then he'd be violating the forum rules.

Seems to me he's just trying to figure out if he's got it valued to high. What's the harm in that.
