It's been over 3 1/2 hours since I spoke with customer service at FedEx when I was promised a call back. So I just telephoned again and spoke with a different customer service representative. This one gave me such a line of BS saying nobody showed up to work today because of heavy snow. The snow started here at 9:00 a.m. and I'm sure everybody reported to work at the local FedEx facility, 1/4 mile from my house, this morning... and the snow stopped almost two hours ago.

So here I sit at the mercy of FedEx for who knows how long...!?!

With apologies to our own Dean, here are my 32" GHE Barrels fresh from Breck Gorman. And lets just say there is not a finer man to do business with from every perspective. My barrels had been blued and in doing so the engraved "band" around the breeches of the barrels was gone. Breck sent them out and had them re-engraved. I could not be happier with his work and dedication to detail. The last picture is a "before" showing the blue and buffed out engraving. Breck said the top and under rib are also Damascus which he said is not always the case, I guess a lot of them are steel according to Breck.
