Everything is going up. Have you looked at building supplies lately? They have gone up more than 7%. With the current state of affairs I don't see this ending any time soon. We are being played.

Unfortunately I have, been working on a barn project which turned out to be bad timing from a pricing standpoint. Just purchased some 7/16" OSB at a price just North of $32 per sheet And I hear it's going up even more !
