It is my understanding that two barrel sets were all numbered 1 & 2 on the barrel lug. The one I am interested in selling is "1" (as shown in the first picture of my post). The one I wish to keep is "2". A knowledgeable future owner would know it was from a two barrel set.
I am interested in all comments, and not at all offended by any. I will be following this thread and it may influence a final decision on my part.

I have been half heartedly on the lookout for a 28ga. Repro with 28" barrels, the possibility of being able to pick up a set of 28" barrels AND a two barrel case would certainly open up the market for me. I understand what you're doing and look at it in a very positive way.

The alternative is to pay the freight for a multi barrel set because you like the gun and leave the extra set of barrels in the back of the safe never to be seen again.
