As with many Parker grades, there is no exact standard.
Variations will exist from gun to gun in the same grade, especially in different periods. For a B grade, you would be safe in the 24-26 lpi range. And the cheeks will be finer than the wrist. If it were me, I would be cutting the wrist at 24 and the cheeks at 26.
