As others have stated 4100-12 & 4100-12B are the same wad.
I've used this wad for at least 20 years now for 7/8 ounce loads.
Some of my most even patterns use this wad in a WAA hull,Winchester 209 primer, 18.5 grains of American Select powder at 1200 fps and 5600 psi.
The load is right out of the Alliant manual.
