One can order Turducken from a number of custom butchers in Louisiana. We did one a few years back for Thanksgiving. It was great. You should try a groundhog stuffed with a possum, stuffed with a squirrel. Now that's eatin'. :-)

We do a similar compilation with fish. Coho salmon around a walleye wrapped in a musky. Call it a Kowalski. That and a dozen beers will make you stupid.
