Don't know if they are still in business but they specialized in making all manner of accoutrements and accessories for early American muzzle loading rifles. They also built some beautiful replicas (e.g., Hawkins, Fordney and other legendary makers). I referred a member years ago on this BBS who had a high grade Parker hammer gun that was missing one hammer. Dixon's made one up, engraved and colored it, and it looked perfect on the gun.
