Hello Mervyn,Thank you for the compliment on the little 20 Ga.,No this is not the original finish ,it was refinished when I bought it ,and according to TPS ,there were 120, PH ,20 Ga. guns with 28 " Twist steel barrels .

1 out of 120 makes for a special Parker. The refinish does not look overdone.and the twist barrels add a lot of character compared to blued steel.
She's definitely a keeper!
