The painting was in a decoy auction recently in St Charles Ill I attended. I picked it up for a bargain basement price, the framing is worth more than what I paid for the painting. Anyhow, another Everett painting of two flushing pheasant sold last weekend by Heritage Auctions in Dallas, I was seriously outbid. I really like his work.
