Especially if she has kits somewhere.

They were released here in IN some years ago. What was once never seen has now become quite common where I hunt. I have had numerous sightings. If they work on moles I want one for a pet.

In the 2018 Mass. deer season I was sitting on the ground with my back against a big pine dressed in a blaze-orange vest and hat and a big Bobcat about 30 lbs. walked past me at less than twenty feet and never even saw me. Plenty of them here is Mass.

I have had similar incidents while turkey hunting where I am of the opinion they came to my calling. On one occasion he or she was in no real hurry to leave and showed no real concern for my presence at a distance of some 20 yards or so. They are beautiful.

I have seen them while deer hunting before and see them occasionally while riding around.

I've seen a couple while deer hunting. If they will kill the moles in the yard all are welcome here.

I’ll catch a couple on trail cams and occasionally see one dart across a two-track. Pretty cool to know they are out there but I’m guessing they have an impact on the grouse population.

I think their impact on the grouse population isn't any greater than any other predator be it a fox, raccoon, hawk or owl. The grouse population where I deer hunt is actually increasing and I've seen three bobcats there in the last couple of years. They need to make a living in the woods just like any other inhabitant.
