Bought a frontier pad (works great) and saw the ones in grocery store, bought those. Rub a frontier pad on your arm and no abrasion same with store pad. Put both in a solution of salt water, no corrosion. Use on a piece of soft wood, same result, I have to agree with Edgar.

I think I'll just continue buying (as needed) and using the Frontier Pads. Not because I doubt what others are saying about the supermarket scrubbing pads, but because I have used Frontier Pads for more than a decade and have come to trust that they
do no harm to any finished metal surface of a gun. I guess I'm just an "old dog" and don't take well to "new tricks.".... No offense Edgar ![]() .
