I have a number of extractors on hand. But the gauge and frame size of the gun is a big variable. I would also need to know the length of yours now as to figure on the target length to look for.

For yours to be 1/4" short, it must have been modified from it's original state.

There is not really a need to make a new one, building up the end with weld and re-shaping to the desired length would do the trick.
