You would'nt happen to know the serial number of ole' Mike's Parker would you Dave?

Is the piece represented as an original (in other words not a reproduction). You mention ink or watercolor which suggests an original. It's very hard to tell from the photo. It might be a watercolor and/or gouache (also called in more recent times, designer color) because I can see some indications of opaque paint (watercolor is transparent). I'd be very curious to know if it is indeed an original. The source for the painting/reproducution sure looks to be the model in the photo. It would obviously be reversed if it was, say, a lithograph made from the original.

Do you own the piece and can inspect it closely?
