All good advise. I doubled my Grant twice on consecutive outings and it sacred me too. I dismounted the locks and could not find anything amiss. My opinion is that it was the first time using it since a long period in for repair and I had been too lax in my grip. After that I consciously applied a little more pressure on my grip and problem solved. Just a simple adjustment in using the gun. Strumming the rear trigger is a easy check for a problem that has not occurred before and when it happens is the first thing I'd think about. If nothing seems off, adjusting the grip pressure could be the cause for the problem.

The joy of buying back a single trigger DHE 20 that my dad had traded away, was somewhat diminished when I had three doubles at the first four stations one day. I let others shoot it and no one was able to make it double, so I chocked it up to being a double trigger guy and not gripping the gun more tightly. That gun and I are not presently on speaking terms.
