I have never skinned a bird in my life since I started hunting at 13 years old. Good old gramps told me a person who skins a bird doesn't deserve to eat it. But just for you Dean, I am going to pop the breasts from some woodcock and do it your way. I wouldn't do it for anyone else Dean.
