Hi Brian, regardless of whether or not you decide to buy the gun, the fact that you are asking for advice is probably the best thing you could ever do. I almost always get an opinion or two before I spend ANY money. That’s how you keep from wasting your money and learn what to look for and lookout for. Good luck.

Yes, that’s definitely better than my method of buying overpriced project guns, then asking questions.

You guys are a highly valuable resource for sure! Thanks to each of you for your replies and comments!

I have recently spent considerable time looking through Gun Broker, Guns Intl etc... and other online sources to try to get a feel for pricing. I know it will take some time and diligence to get a good feel for the values and know how to avoid the problem guns.

However, I may need some help shaking this addiction to Parkers in the near future....

We can’t help you with that. But, by getting opinions and advice you will have a better chance of spending all you money more wisely.
