What you said is generally correct pertaining to hammerless guns. However, there are PH marked 10 gauge grade 1 hammerless guns, both in transition and later eras. There are also GH marked grade 2 hammerless guns in transition and later eras. There are also quite a number of mismarked guns and guns that may be described incorrectly in the stock books.
